Throughout my career, I've been deeply involved in creative strategy, brand development, and marketing leadership, driving business success and transformative growth. With a proven track record of leading global brands and design teams, I have consistently created cohesive customer experiences across multiple touchpoints, ensuring creative excellence and impactful results.

As Managing Director of JLL Design Solutions' Brand Activation group, I led efforts to drive business growth by delivering innovative, client-centric initiatives. I spearheaded new business development, managed the office’s P&L, and positioned our team as leaders in Brand Acceleration. We consistently delivered exceptional outcomes across various sectors, including B2B, B2C, retail, and corporate clients, by fostering a dynamic, creative team culture. I redefined the office’s value and service offerings, distinguishing our expertise from other JLL capabilities like Retail, Workplace, and Architecture.

As VP of New Product Development at US Bank, I provided strategic direction and creative execution for the bank’s new and emerging product initiatives. Partnering with Product Managers, I brought innovative, newsworthy products to market with unparalleled speed and precision. Leveraging consumer insights and global industry trends, I helped develop an optimal product shelf of credit cards for US Bank.

During my tenure as Global SVP Growth Team Brand Design at Kids2, I achieved remarkable results, including growing awareness for Baby Einstein from 71% to an impressive 87% in the US within two years. I also managed a substantial design project budget, completing over 450 design-led projects and releasing 347 packaging designs.

As Senior Director of Global Brand and Product Marketing at Visa Inc., I implemented a brand identity communication platform that contributed to substantial brand value growth from $5.9B in 2014 to $7.8B in 2017. I built a timeless global visual language for the Visa brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and campaigns.

As the Group Director of Global Design at The Coca-Cola Company, I created globally scalable brand identity and marketing campaigns, significantly increasing brand value from $67B in 2005 to $81.5B in 2014. I redesigned the Coca-Cola Trademark brands with a cohesive visual language, enabling scalability across physical and digital activations in 206 countries. Additionally, I led the development of visual identity systems for high-profile events like the Olympic Games and FIFA World Cup campaigns.
